Big Chicken
When your Chief Fun Officer, Shaq, wants to build a restaurant onboard, you start warming up immediately. Big Chicken brings poultry know-how and good taste to the table - from delicious chicken sandwiches to early morning chicken biscuits, Big Chicken changes the game.

Emeril’s Bistro 1396

Mardi Gras will set sail with Emeril Lagasse’s first restaurant as sea, touting his love for Creole cuisine and authentic bayou flavors and fun from New Orleans. If you haven’t had the pleasure, we are talking about fried oysters, duck & sausage gumbo, po-boy sandwiches and more. Get ready for Emeril’s faves all day… and because flavors this big don’t just sleep in, they’ll be offering breakfast too with choices like shrimp and grits, breakfast po-boys and bananas foster crepes!

Street Eats

Some of the world’s favorite flavors aren’t found in restaurants, but on the streets in food trucks, stalls and carts, where flavor, convenience and quality matter. This open-air spot features three stations — one specializing in steamed treats like bao buns and siu mai, one putting the “skill” in skillet with kebab and satay, and the station frying up favorites like empanadas and falafel. Aboard Mardi Gras you may be far from the street, but flavor’s right around the corner.

Guy’s Pig and Anchor Smokehouse/Brewhouse
With choices like brisket, sausage and ribs, you’re in Guy Fieri’s house, where we let the pros do their job so you can enjoy.

Seafood Shack

However you like your seafood dishes, roll, bowl or platter – Seafood Shack is the place for you to cast your net offering favorites like Crab Cake Sliders or Lobster BLT. You’ll find this little shack by the sea, wherever in the world you happen to be!

Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse
Haute cuisine meets atmosphere at Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse, a dining experience standing toe-to-toe with some of the best steakhouses on land. With choices of lamb, steak cuts, lobster and more, these are building blocks of a fabulous experience.

These are only some of the delicious options Mardi Gras has to offer. For all the delicious details or to book your next cruise vacation aboard Mardi Gras, call your travel advisor today.
